Feedback Focus: Organisations

The Gung Ho!® Quotient provides quantitative feedback to team leaders about the extent to which the organisation is utilising the three principles that are outlined in Gung Ho!

The assessment scores 22 items that represent best practices of organisations and exemplify a Gung Ho! culture. Individuals rate their company on to each item on a scale of 1-6 and thus provide a snapshot of the work group and the organisation.

The assessment can either be scored on-site at the time of a training session, or administered and scored prior to the workshop.
