The High Performing Organisations (HPO Scores) assessment consists of 48 items, six for each of the elements of a High Performing Organisation.
The HPO-SCORES assessment is like an IQ test. It tells you how "smart" your organisation is in each of the elements of a High Performing Organisation. In addition it identifies areas of strength and areas of concern.
The assessment identifies possible starting points for improvement and provides a baseline for measuring the success of improvement efforts in your organisation.
