The Leadership Bridge (DiSC®/MBTI®)

Adding the Personality Dimension to Situational Leadership® II

Situational Leadership® II provides leaders with understanding and tools which allow them to accurately diagnose the commitment and competence of an individual for any given task, and then respond with appropriate and agreed leadership behaviours. The Leadership Bridge extends this understanding, through the integration of either the DiSC® or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® tools.

By adding the dimension of personality and behavioural preferences to the principles of competence and commitment, leaders can develop extremely effective development strategies for the individuals and teams with whom they work, to deliver exponentially improved performance.

Outcomes Achieved

  • Takes individuals' existing undestanding of Situational Leadership® II, and extend its application to include the dimension of personality and behavioural preferences
  • Provides effective strategies for dealing with the diversity of individuals and teams which exist in any workplace
